From April 13th until the end of June there will be a regular ‘Yoga and Shibari’ class in Kreuzberg:

The class starts with a 90 min Yoga warm up. After the pause we continue with Shibari Technique and movement structures inspired by contact and dance improvisation.
Yoga can be practiced independently from the Shibari part.
A detailed workshop description is attached.

Costs: Yoga 10 Euro, 15 Euro Yoga and Shibari

The next week end workshop takes place on March 5th, 6th in Kreuzberg.

Hours: 12 – 6 pm (one hour break)
Costs: €120, students and low income €100

On one evening we will watch the video of our recent Shibari staging (in the Wagner opera Parsifal by Roméo Castellucci) and talk about this two-month production experience..

Please bring tracksuits, food, and ropes if available. If you don’t own Shibari ropes, we will provide them.
