SECRET PRACTICE

There is always something i like to playfully work on in class. For the last two years, after baby pause it was mostly about inner states, pelvic floor muscles and mentally going through underlying spiral patterns of movement. Details: tip of the shoulder blade and Klein Technique principles applyed to ballet.  And eventually returning to breathing and trying to recalibrate. It took a while, but with patinece and lightness things came back. I much enjoy this technique for the sake of visiting the same old in new (life) phases  – less for the sake of mastering.
