There is always something i like to play with in class. For the last two years, after baby pause it was mostly about inner states. Maybe some standing leg or tip of the shoulder blade thingy. But eventually returning to breathing and trying to recalibrate mentally. I much enjoy ballet technique for the sake of visiting the same old in new (life) phases  – less for the sake of mastering.
